Before - Cutting in the dress coat, after the “broadcast to excess” has been picked-up.
After - Finished 65 mil (1/16 of an inch) light grey broadcast aggregate solid color floor coating, for a lab application.
Before - Bare concrete floor, notice control joints are exposed.
After - Finished 65 mil MBQ 106 broadcast quartz floor coating system with control joints filled, giving you a seamless floor.
Before - Hot tire peel-off of a water based epoxy “flake” system. Always the first place to show wear is under your tires. Thin mil flake systems are prone to this problem, plus they are not slip resistant, when wet.
After - Finished 65 mil MBQ 101 broadcast quartz floor coating system will resist hot tire peel-off due to its thickness and texture. The texture allows for just enough air flow under your tires to eliminate this problem.
Before - Outside entranceway with exposed aggregate. Not a good first impression.
After - Repairs made with 100% solids epoxy paste. Sixty five mil broadcast aggregate solid color epoxy floor coating installed, with a top coat of chemical resistant urethane.
Before - Outside pad, after epoxy patching, and the broadcasting of sand to excess, into receiver coat was completed.
After - Finished textured surface with 65 mil solid color epoxy coating. Aluminum oxide is broadcast into the chemical resistant urethane top coat, for added slip resistance.
